Refund & Cancellation Policy

Service Nature

Calm Cove provides time-based wellness services. As such, refunds are governed by cancellation and service delivery terms.

Cancellations

• Cancellations 24 hours or more before the appointment: No charge
• Cancellations less than 24 hours before the appointment: Non-refundable
• No-shows: Full session fee applies

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued only if:
• Calm Cove cancels the appointment
• Service cannot be delivered due to internal operational reasons
Refunds are not issued for:
• Change of mind
• Late arrivals resulting in reduced session time
• Completed services

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Service Concerns

Clients are encouraged to report service concerns within 24 hours of the session for review and resolution.
